ESSENTIAL DUTIES

· Creativity, innovation of assigned tasks

· Reliability, be available to complete tasks as required by internal/external customer requirements

· May be required to communicate internally in the department or with individuals directly associated with assigned tasks (verbal and written)

· Take verbal and/or written directions on tasks, training, or department/company policies

· Provide verbal and/or written results, a summary of tasks, or requests to various persons during the execution of tasks

· Produce the end product of requested tasks in the form of components, assemblies, drawings, data files, or reports as requested under routine supervision

· Provide product assistance to Manufacturing or Distribution as requested

· Perform Engineering tests, product reliability tests, and/or performance tests from defined written test procedures, under the supervision of an Engineer or Supervisor as requested.

· Perform product testing and teardown analysis for Product Claims under routine supervision

· Provide support to Project Leads on specific project tasks

· Fulfill assigned duties as outlined in your individual Career Development Plan

· Record daily activities

· Other duties, as assigned to support company goals

All other duties as assigned



PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Sustained posture in a seated position for prolonged periods
  • Able to stand for long periods
  • The occasional physical demand of moving or rearranging files and file storage boxes, and or product
  • Fast-paced work environment


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Preferred Associates Degree in an Engineering discipline or the equivalent in appropriate education and experience as determined by management
  • Preferred experience with CAD software (Design and Manufacturing disciplines)
  • Preferred experience with the use of hand and power tools
  • Good oral and written skills
  • Ability to deal with internal and external customers tactfully and in a professional manner
