What are we looking for?
Supports all aspects of enterprise systems and associated technologies. Responsible for all computing facilities, and for all enterprise system monitoring and management.
Where you will have an impact
Design, implement and document new solutions utilizing best practice technologies and methodologies
Serve as a primary escalation point for all issues involving servers, components, and applicable applications
Identify, analyze and communicate recurring problems and develop remediation plans
Provide mentoring on change management and troubleshooting methodologies as appropriate
Maintain and support server and SAN environments
Conduct implementation, configuration and support of the VMware environment
Support Microsoft Exchange and Office 365
Support cloud environment and cloud migration efforts
Responsible for applicable systems and data security including development of appropriate reporting tools
Manage system implementations or upgrades as projects arise as well as perform periodic maintenance
Participate in costing efforts for projects, providing cost and sizing estimates
Contributein after-hours coverage rotation or as on-call for critical events
What's necessary to do the job?
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent combination of technology or engineering experience or education preferred
MCSA or MCSE Certifications a plus
Azure or AWS Professional Certifications a plus
Five (5) plus years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of TCP/IP networks
Enterprise server application experience includes, but is not limited to; Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft SharePoint Server
Advanced experience with VMware environment
Advanced experience with Microsoft Server Software and associated server tools
Advanced experience with Microsoft Azure a plus
Experience with AWS a plus
Experience with Linux a plus
Experience in SAN management
