About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary
Vice President of Product Management
to lead our global product strategy, execution, and innovation efforts. This Senior leadership role will define the product vision, drive roadmap prioritization, and ensure our product portfolio aligns with market needs and the company's long-term goals. The VP of Product Management will partner closely with Engineering, Marketing and Sales to deliver products that delight customers and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy
  across the full portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and customer outcomes.
• Roadmap Ownership & Execution -
  Build and manage a clear, data-driven product roadmap for all product lines.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing product management organization
  , cultivating a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.
• Translate market trends and customer insights
  into actionable product roadmaps that deliver measurable business impact.
• Engage with key customers and partners
  to validate priorities, ensure market leadership and translate customer needs into actionable requirements and solutions.
• P&L ownership for the product portfolio
  , including revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
• Development of Annual product budgets
  in collaboration with Finance and other business units.
• ROI for product initiatives
  , ensuring investments align with strategic and financial goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally
  with Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Sales to bring products to market effectively and on schedule.
• Develop and manage the product lifecycle
  from ideation through launch and iteration, ensuring continuous improvement and market competitiveness.
• Establish and track key product KPIs
  , including adoption, retention, and revenue metrics, to measure success and inform strategic decisions.
• Represent the product organization at the senior leadership level
  , contributing to overall company strategy and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Director, VP, or Head of Product).
• Proven experience leading product strategy and development in a technology-driven, B2B or SaaS environment.
• Strong track record of building and scaling high-performing product teams across multiple geographies.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with executional excellence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance data, judgment and intuition.
• Deep understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and user experience design principles.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
