About the Role:

The Assembly Stacking Operation role is critical within the manufacturing process, focusing on the precise assembly and stacking of components to ensure product quality and efficiency. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to maintain alignment and integrity of parts during assembly, directly impacting the final product's performance. The role involves working closely with production teams to meet daily output targets while adhering to safety and quality standards. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and technical documents.
  • Basic proficiency in using hand tools and mechanical equipment.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with automated assembly or stacking machinery.
  • Familiarity with quality control processes and standards such as ISO.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Certification in manufacturing or assembly-related training programs.

Responsibilities:
