Day to day as a Marketing & Retail Sales Assistant

As a Marketing & Retail Sales Assistant at A-1 Mechanical of Michigan LLC, your daily expectations will include engaging with customers to understand their HVAC needs and provide exceptional service. You will assist in executing marketing campaigns, including social media management, promotional displays, and event coordination to enhance brand visibility. Creation of Social Media material such as fun and profession team photos and videos will be an expectation of this role. Collaborating with the leadership team, you'll support office management and admin tasks. Additionally, you will gather customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve service delivery. Your ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and contribute to team goals will be essential in fostering a customer-centric approach.
