We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Servers to join our fine dining restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional service, knowledgeable about gourmet cuisine and wine pairings, and dedicated to creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. As a Server in our establishment, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service while upholding the restaurant's standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional, personalized, and attentive service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

  • Greet and escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and explaining menu items, specials, and beverages.

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay orders to the kitchen staff, and ensure prompt and accurate delivery of items.

  • Knowledgeably describe menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as recommend wine pairings or other beverages to enhance the dining experience.

  • Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.

  • Handle payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table setup and basic housekeeping duties.

  • Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and sanitation in accordance with health regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.

  • Strong knowledge of gourmet cuisine, wine, and beverage service.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Professional appearance and grooming standards.

  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and adapt to changing circumstances.

  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
