Our Surgical Coordinator is the key to this success, and we are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented assistant to provide dedicated support.

This role is the perfect opportunity for an organized individual who excels at precise, behind-the-scenes work and wants to be an integral part of a dynamic team.

About the Role:

As the Assistant to the Surgical Coordinator, you will serve as a vital support system, focusing exclusively on the critical administrative function of scheduling. You will be the right hand to our Coordinator, ensuring the complex logistics of our surgical calendar and staff are managed with precision. This is a strict back-office role with no patient-facing responsibilities.

Your Primary Mission: Assist with Scheduling

Under the direction of the Surgical Coordinator, your core responsibility will be to assist with the meticulous management of our schedules. This includes:

· Assisting with Surgical Scheduling: Helping to manage and maintain the master calendar for all surgical procedures.

· Supporting Staff Coordination: Aiding in the scheduling of surgeons, assistants, and nurses for each booked surgery.

· Calendar Management: Helping to organize OR block time and ensure the surgical schedule is accurately reflected in our systems.

· Logistical Support: Assisting with confirming room availability and other key resources for each procedure.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in an administrative, scheduling, or coordination role is preferred.

· Superior organizational and time-management skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

· Ability to work hours per week on a consistent schedule.
