Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and administration, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement solutions that meet business needs while ensuring best practices are followed.

Responsibilities
Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.

Lead architecture discussions and provide guidance on ServiceNow best practices.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Oversee the configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications.

Conduct system performance tuning and optimization to ensure high availability and reliability.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements, and assess their applicability to the organization.

Develop and maintain documentation related to architecture, design, and implementation processes.

Participate in project planning and estimation activities.

Ensure compliance with security and governance policies.

Mandatory Skills
Strong expertise in ServiceNow Administration and Architecture.

Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.

In depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.

Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.

Experience with Agile methodologies.

Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.

Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

10 15 years of experience in IT, with a focus on ServiceNow architecture and administration.

Proven track record of successful project delivery in a ServiceNow environment.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team oriented environment.
