About Us:

We are a professional dry-cleaning company known for quality service and attention to detail. We're seeking an experienced and motivated Dry Cleaning Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the store
  • Train, schedule, and manage employees
  • Ensure quality control and timely order completion
  • Handle customer service issues and resolve complaints professionally
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and materials
  • Monitor equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed
  • Track production, expenses, and performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of management or supervisory experience (dry cleaning or retail preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and POS system knowledge
  • Reliable and organized with strong attention to detail
