We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Vice President of Finance
to lead our company's financial operations and support long-term growth. This role is responsible for overseeing all financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and reporting activities, ensuring sound fiscal management and compliance across the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, analytical acumen, and proven experience building scalable financial systems that support operational excellence and profitability. You will work closely with executive leadership to drive data-informed decision-making, manage financial risk, and optimize company performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of the company's financial strategy, accounting, budgeting, analysis, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated success in cash flow management, strategic planning, and financial reporting.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and financial systems.
  • Experience working with auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
  • Minimum
    1 year of experience as a Controller or in an equivalent senior financial management role
    , with proven ability to manage accounting operations, reporting, and compliance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Ramp, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications:

  • CPA or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
    .
  • Proven track record of strategic financial management, forecasting, and performance improvement.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and corporate compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
