NP/PA – Endocrinology Full Time (1.0FTE) San Diego, California – Float (Multiple Clinic Locations Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group   Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group has been at the forefront of clinical excellence for over a century, providing integrated, coordinated care to generations of San Diegans.   • SRSMG is a large, physician-led, multi-specialty group that offers patients convenient, coordinated & integrated care
  • Group provides patients a full range of services across 29 different specialties
  • All clinics have a lead RN, triage RN, LVNs and 1:1 Provider/MA ratio plus operations team
  • Integrated EMR system allows for seamless communication among group PCP's & specialists
  • Group has 200+ primary care providers throughout the county; built in referral system
Requirements/Preferred Experience:
  • SRSMG is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Endocrinology Division
  • Must have previous or related experience to provide excellent quality patient care with ideally a minimum of 2 years' experience working full-time as an NP/PA in an endocrinology setting
  • Must have the ability to work independently
Position Details
  • Full-time salaried position with a 5 days/week schedule Monday-Friday with 1 hour for lunch
  • 100% outpatient supporting SRS Endocrinology physicians
  • Provide additional patient access with new consultations and follow-up visits 
  • No call, no weekends, and no after-hours work

Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is committed to pay equity and transparency. Compensation is determined by a structured pay scale based on years of experience and applicable certifications, with final placement within the range confirmed during the recruitment process. The annual base salary range is $154,500.00-$216,537.30, with eligibility for bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is represented by UNAC/UHCP under applicable labor agreements.
