What you'll do
- Lead the planning and execution of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop project scopes, and define deliverables.
- Utilize Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
- Manage project scheduling using tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and VersionOne to track progress and report on milestones.
- Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and management to ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement best practices for disaster recovery and IT governance to safeguard project outcomes.
- Conduct regular analysis of project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in project management within an enterprise software environment.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) principles and methodologies such as PMBOK.
- Proficiency in SQL and Oracle databases for effective data management and reporting.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with cloud computing technologies and IT infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) practices to enhance software quality.
- Excellent organizational skills with a knack for time management and prioritization.
- Strong leadership abilities coupled with exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
