PLUMMER SLADE, INC. is an IT Solutions and Managed Service Provider (MSP) located in downtown Pittsburgh. For over 30 years, Plummer Slade has been providing high quality IT solutions and services to small to medium-sized businesses in the Pittsburgh and surrounding area.

We are looking for a full-time, professional to join our business team as a Client Services Coordinator. This is a full-time, salaried position with Plummer Slade. Responsibilities:

· Schedule team of technical professionals for technical assignments

· Assist with project coordination

· Communicate with clients about scheduling projects and appointments

· Analyze client questions and concerns, escalate to appropriate technical persons

· Perform duties associated with marketing and mailings

· Update company website, Facebook & LinkedIn Pages

· Manage and layout the quarterly newsletter

· Assist with print advertisement layouts

· Assist with other business projects

· Update databases/spreadsheets

· Other miscellaneous duties

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent follow-up skills

· Ability to work independently and on a team

· Ability to follow operating procedures and instructions

· Ability to work well under pressure, while maintaining a professional demeanor

· Ability to multitask, handle confidential information, and time sensitive information

· Excellent MS Windows & MS Office skills

Software Training:

· Client management tracking software training will be provided

· Other pertinent software training will be provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40, $46,000.00 per year
