Garden Center Lot Associate

About Us:
Moscarillo's of West Hartford is a family-owned garden center known for quality plants, great service, and a fun, fast-paced environment. We're looking for Lot & Yard Associates to help keep our property running smoothly while assisting customers with outdoor products and plant material.
What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist customers with loading soil, mulch, and plants into their vehicles
- Unload trucks and receive new shipments
- Maintain clean, organized outdoor areas and displays
- Operate equipment safely (training provided)
- Keep bagged goods and plant areas stocked and neat
- Support customers and team members across the garden center
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet outdoors
- One weekend day required (we're open 7 days a week)
- Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

Schedule:
- Part-time (about 28 hours/week)
- Full-time positions also available
