  • Direct scheduling with the dispatcher (who typically works with owner-operators)
  • Pay: 50% net profit from the route (equivalent to 20-30% of the gross profit

Minimum Hiring Requirements:

  • Valid CDL Class A Commercial Driver's License
  • Valid DOT Medical Card
  • Pass drug and alcohol testing
  • Pass background check
  • Minimum (2) years experience with the last (3) years
