Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter - Class A to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various levels, with a focus on technical and executive recruiting. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.The Recruiter - Class A will play a key role in supporting our talent acquisition strategies, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels including social media management, cold calling, and lead generation.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and background checks to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Negotiate employment contracts and offers while maintaining compliance with employment & labor law.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic talent management solutions.
  • Utilize HR sourcing techniques such as research, talent mapping, succession planning, and employee relations initiatives to identify potential candidates.
  • Manage employee orientation programs, employee evaluation processes, and support training & development initiatives.
  • Stay current with industry trends in HR recruiting practices including social media management and HRIS technology enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruiting roles with expertise in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and internal recruiting.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for effective relationship management.
  • Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
  • Ability to conduct research for talent mapping and succession planning initiatives.
  • Must have 2 years of experience of recruitment

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
