Lick Honest Ice Creams has been tantalizing taste Texans' taste buds for 14 years with ice creams made the honest way. We work with family-owned dairies, farms and food artisans to create unique, clean ice creams that not only taste good, but do good. It's this passion and commitment that's lead us to be named the "Best Ice Cream in Texas" by Food and Wine.
Do you love ice cream, people, and making things happen? Perfect — we're looking for a Brand Ambassador who's ready to spread the joy of Lick Honest Ice Creams across Texas, one scoop and one smile at a time.
At Lick, we believe ice cream should be made the honest way — with real ingredients, real relationships, and real heart. As our Brand Ambassador, you'll be the friendly face behind the flavor, bringing our story to life in grocery stores, hospitality spaces, and community events.
What you'll do
- Lead in-store demos and community tastings that make guests fall in love with our ice cream (and our mission).
- Build lasting relationships with retail and hospitality partners — checking in, sharing feedback, and making sure shelves sparkle.
- Distribute samples, swag, and smiles while educating customers about what makes Lick so special.
- Scout new retail opportunities and help us grow our footprint with pride and purpose.
- Capture content in the field and share it with our marketing team to keep the joy flowing online.
- Train and support demo team members with warmth and clarity.
What you bring
- 2–4 years of experience in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, events, or promotions)
- A natural gift for storytelling and connecting with people
- Comfort with social media and basic content creation
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and special events
- Bonus points if you've worked in food & beverage or lifestyle brands — or if you're bilingual
