As a Fiber Services Associate, you will meet directly with local homeowners to help them select fiber internet services that fit their needs and lifestyle. Your role as a Fiber Services Associate:

  • Represent Frontier's fiber internet solutions directly to customers and homeowners in Tampa, showcasing how these services can enhance their daily lives.
  • Meet with former, current, and potential subscribers directly to learn about their unique connectivity needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and easy-to-understand information about service options, features, and pricing so customers can make confident decisions.
  • Manage the entire sales process from the first introduction to installation and follow-up support, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Build lasting customer relationships that lead to strong retention, valuable referrals, and a trusted presence in the community.
