About the Role

Strata Construction is seeking motivated individuals to join our canvassing team. Canvassing or door-to-door sales experience is preferred, but not required. Compensation Highlights

  • $100–$250 per signed agreement (this means the customer agrees to let us help with their construction needs; no approval required).
  • Weekly earning potential: $500–$1,000.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in group canvassing efforts in neighborhoods impacted by storm damage and near active project sites.
  • Engage with homeowners to introduce Strata Construction and offer free inspections.
  • Set appointments for Project Managers to assess storm-related damage and provide solutions.

  • Outgoing, energetic, and motivated individuals.
  • Previous canvassing or door-to-door sales experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work outdoors and engage directly with homeowners.
