Senior BCBA – Startup ABA Clinic

Location: North Atlanta

Opportunity for Contracted Work Prior to Opening

Are you a seasoned BCBA with 5+ years of experience, including RBT experience, seeking a leadership role in building something from the ground up? Join us in launching a new ABA therapy center focused on delivering high-quality, individualized care for children with autism and developmental differences. Contribute your expertise in shaping the clinical infrastructure and be part of a passionate startup team.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead development of the clinic's clinical and operational infrastructure
  • Provide input on clinic buildout design to maximize therapy space efficiency
  • Develop and oversee treatment programs, documentation systems, and QA processes
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff, fostering growth and excellence
  • Conduct assessments and create personalized treatment plans
  • Design staff training, supervision models, and onboarding workflows
  • Advise on billing, practice management software, and operational procedures
  • Help shape the culture, policies, and practices of the new clinic

We're Looking For:

  • Active BCBA with 5+ years of clinical experience, including supervision and program development; RBT experience also acceptable
  • Demonstrated leadership in ABA service delivery, assessment, and staff mentorship
  • Strong knowledge of ABA protocols, documentation, and quality assurance systems
  • Experience with clinic setup, operational workflows, and billing systems (preferred)
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited to create and implement systems from scratch

The Role:

  • Contracted position initially, with potential transition to full-time or part-time hybrid/in-clinic work
  • Flexible work arrangements during startup phase

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in psychology, ABA, or a related field
  • Valid BCBA or BCBA-D licensure in Georgia
  • Extensive experience with in-clinic ABA therapy, assessments, supervision, and program development
  • Strong understanding of clinical compliance and operational procedures
