Nature's Way Farms is one of the largest tropical landscape shrubs and ornamental farms in South Florida. We have over 40 years of experience growing plants on hundreds of acres, servicing Garden Centers in large mass-market retailers across the country. Nature's Way is looking for talented individuals to join our multicultural team.

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking for an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact? We're seeking an HR data entry assistant to join our Human Resource team If you have a strong background in data entry, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update data into various systems and databases.
  • Assist with payroll processes.
  • Support HR staff with employee records, benefits administration, and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Prepare and execute onboarding for all new hires.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with data entry.
  • Familiarity with HR functions is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) Creole is a plus.
