The positions also come with a 1k gross hiring bonus paid out $500 in the first paycheck, and $500 after six months (excludes network employees or those who have worked in the network in the past two years).

  • Pelvic & Reconstructive Surgery - 20 hours/week at Fanny Allen Campus, Medical Office Building

This position assists with the daily activities of a clinical site and facilitates the flow of patients by providing clerical and clinical health care support to patients and family under the direction of a provider. The position requires mastery of basic clinical activities and some advanced clinical activities.

The Patient Service Specialist is an integral part of the patient experience and a key contributor to delivering high quality customer service to our patients and visitors that is caring, consistent and reliable. The incumbent provides administrative support in the clinic setting to patients and families, members of the care team and administrative leaders to ensure the smooth operation of the medical office.

Education
H.S. diploma or equivalent required; Coursework in administrative or medical sciences preferred.

Experience
Proven customer service experience required. Experience in a clinical and/or administrative setting preferred.

This is a bargaining unit position.
