Position Overview
We are seeking a Site Merchandiser to enhance our e-commerce platform by optimizing product presentation and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing product displays, ensuring inventory accuracy, and implementing SEO strategies to increase online visibility. This is a 6-month, 40 hour per week contract role. Eligible candidate must be able to work PST hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, upload, and maintain product pages, pricing, and metadata within the eCommerce platform
• Ensure accurate categorization, tagging, filters, and navigation for optimal product discover
• Maintain data cleanliness (naming conventions, taxonomy, etc.)
• Curate landing pages + onsite placements to support campaign and sales strategies
• Configure promotional rules, validate accuracies, and conduct pre and post-launch QA on products, pages, and content updates
• Track merchandising performance using platform analytics + dashboards

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in ecommerce / digital merchandising
• Experience with with Shopify, Shoppedance, and/or Google Merchant Center is a plus
• Basic understanding of best practices + onsite customer journey
• Familiarity with SEO for ecommerce (titles, meta descriptions, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail, and ability to hit deadlines

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
