What you'll do

  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including soju cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks with flair and precision.
  • Engage with customers to provide top-notch service, ensuring their needs are met promptly and with a smile.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
  • Operate TOAST POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy shifts.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately while keeping track of tabs and sales throughout your shift.
  • Stay informed about drink trends and menu offerings to make recommendations that enhance guest experiences.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently in a high-energy environment.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience in a full service, busy restaurant/bar setting is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
  • Solid math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
  • Experience in food service or the broader food industry will give you an edge
  • CA Food Handler Certificate
  • CA Alcohol Server License
