Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized Auto body Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. Previous experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and over the phone in a professional, friendly manner
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the collision repair team
• Assist customers with basic questions about repairs, estimates, and timelines
• Handle paperwork, invoices, and insurance-related documents
• Maintain organized records and files
• Perform general office and administrative duties

Qualifications

• Receptionist or auto body/automotive experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn shop management systems
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
