Attention: This position is for candidates local to the Seattle area. We are not considering out of state, relocation, nor remote or hybrid at this time.

Global Inflight Products (GIP)**
is on a mission to bring premium, eco-conscious inflight products to airlines worldwide. The role open is a Sourcing Specialist for immediate start. Ability to communicate with Mandarin and Chinese manufacturing centers is an asset.

If you're an early-career professional with one year minimum of experience in sourcing goods from manufacturers in Asia and global regions, please consider applying.

Qualified candidates will have a 2 step interview process. First round will be a introductory call and the second round will be in office with the General Manager. We look forward to getting to know candidates in a respectful process.

What You'll Do

  • Find manufacturing companies for GIP products
  • Perform quality assessments on sources and products
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing, lead times, and quality standards
  • Source innovative inflight products in RFQ and tender cycles
  • Assess environmental and sustainability criteria of products and supply chain
  • Continue our supply chain diversification initiative in region of Southeast Asia and the Pacific
  • Maintain and optimize our in-house sourcing assets, samples, and workflows
  • Support tender submissions with accurate sourcing data and timelines
  • Help shape our sourcing strategy to align with GIP's premium brand repositioning

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience (internships count)
  • Curious, collaborative, and ready to own your scope
  • Comfortable working in a small team and creative environment
  • Bonus: You love spreadsheets and

  • Starting salary: \$45,000–\$57,000 based on experience
