Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Louisiana state licensure in good standing
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC-SLP)
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience post-CFY
  • Demonstrated clinical competency across various communication / swallowing disorders
  • Schedule flexibility and interest in working across time zones
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Comfort with technology and digital practice management tools
  • Interest in the business development aspects of private practice

Compensation & Structure

Independent contractor relationship

  • Competitive earnings: $45-55 per hour based on experience, specialty, and caseload
  • Build your practice at your own pace – part-time or full-time
  • Flexible scheduling on your terms
  • Potential for practice growth limited only by your ambition

Just so you know

  • All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
  • Our clinicians can choose to work as little as 5 hours per week or work up to 40: All availability will be considered
  • You'll be paid for both direct and indirect time (Example: Indirect includes specific documentation, attending IEP meetings, and more)

Work Environment

  • Telehealth, in-home visits, clinic-based, or hybrid – you decide
  • Serve clients throughout Louisiana
  • Access to collaborative community while maintaining independence

Location: Louisiana (must be licensed in LA)

Practice Model: Independent contractor building your own patient caseload with comprehensive back-office support
