- Clinical Insurance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Louisiana state licensure in good standing
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC-SLP)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience post-CFY
- Demonstrated clinical competency across various communication / swallowing disorders
- Schedule flexibility and interest in working across time zones
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Comfort with technology and digital practice management tools
- Interest in the business development aspects of private practice
Compensation & Structure
Independent contractor relationship
- Competitive earnings: $45-55 per hour based on experience, specialty, and caseload
- Build your practice at your own pace – part-time or full-time
- Flexible scheduling on your terms
- Potential for practice growth limited only by your ambition
Just so you know
- All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
- Our clinicians can choose to work as little as 5 hours per week or work up to 40: All availability will be considered
- You'll be paid for both direct and indirect time (Example: Indirect includes specific documentation, attending IEP meetings, and more)
Work Environment
- Telehealth, in-home visits, clinic-based, or hybrid – you decide
- Serve clients throughout Louisiana
- Access to collaborative community while maintaining independence
Location: Louisiana (must be licensed in LA)
Practice Model: Independent contractor building your own patient caseload with comprehensive back-office support
