Key Responsibilities of the Member Services Coordinator:

  • Be the first point of contact for members, handling inquiries via phone and email with a focus on excellence and professionalism.
  • Partner with the manager on a variety of tasks and special projects, contributing valuable support and insight.
  • Lead the charge in onboarding new commercial brokers, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into the company's databases.
  • Conduct thorough audits of licensee records, maintaining compliance and accuracy across all data.
  • Keep the contact database up-to-date, guaranteeing that member information is always current and relevant.
  • Review and enhance new listing feeds for , ensuring they meet high standards of quality and consistency.

Qualifications of the Member Services Coordinator:

  • A High School diploma is required; some college coursework is preferred for those looking to further distinguish themselves.
  • A keen eye for detail and exceptional proofreading skills are a must
  • Experience in the luxury brand or real estate industry will set you apart as an ideal candidate.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease, maintaining impeccable organization and focus on detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and familiarity with Final Cut Pro; video editing skills are a big plus
  • Thrives in fast-paced settings, adept at meeting deadlines and managing shifting priorities with grace.
  • Demonstrates integrity and discretion, especially when working with confidential member information.
