Responsibilities:

  • Assist healthcare providers in patient examinations and procedures

  • Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse

  • Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers

  • Perform basic laboratory tests, such as urine tests and blood draws

  • Provide patient education on medical conditions, treatments, and medications

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

  • Schedule patient appointments and manage patient flow

  • Assist with medical administrative tasks, such as insurance verification and billing

  • Monitor patients remotely using Remote Physiologic Devices

  • Assist healthcare providers in drafting and executing chronic care management plans

  • Coordinate with local hospitals to ensure prompt post-discharge transitional care management

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the clinic and our patients
