Who We Are Looking For
We're seeking a driven, hands-on electrical industry leader who combines deep technical skill with strong business acumen. The ideal candidate will bring operational leadership experience, a commitment to safety and quality, and the entrepreneurial drive to build long-term enterprise value through ownership.

Essential Qualifications

• Industry Experience: 7+ years in electrical contracting, including experience in commercial pre- and post-construction environments.

• Licensing: Active Master Electrician License (or ability to obtain one in Pennsylvania).

• Leadership & Management: Proven experience leading teams of electricians and project managers on complex commercial projects.

• Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of estimating, project management, scheduling, and quality control in electrical contracting.

• Financial & Business Management: Experience managing budgets, job costing, and P&L oversight in a small or mid-sized business.

• Safety & Compliance: Deep knowledge of NEC, OSHA regulations, and best practices in workplace safety.
