Interns will gain knowledge and experience through exciting and real-life learning opportunities. Interns must work in accordance with DTNA's core values of passion, respect, integrity and discipline. Internship positions can be located at various DTNA locations across the US. We are looking for high performing and motivated individuals in various areas within DTNA organizations. DTNA internships begin each summer in May or June.Interns in this role may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time position subject to manager evaluations and business availability.
Daimler Truck Technical Support is a high performing, fast-paced team that interacts with our dealers and products on a daily basis. The team supports dealer technicians and direct warranty customers in solving the most complex customer issues on Freightliner/Western Star chassis and Detroit powertrains.

Salary placement is determined by your anticipated graduation year and ranges between $21 - $29 per hour.

- Assist in the development and execution of improvement initiatives across different touchpoints in the customer journey.
- Contribute ideas and innovative solutions for optimizing customer experiences.
- Support and challenge the team and cross-department partnerships on continuous improvement efforts to identify quality issues, increase speed and quality of resolution.
- Utilize appropriate data analysis methods, tools and reports to predict, prevent, and support the resolution of efficiency issues and roadblocks.
- May support development of training and/or change management materials and activities to support new processes and procedures, including department OneNote.
- Assist other CX departments with initiatives that improve overall Customer Experience.
- Lead and support efforts to foster an inclusive and welcoming workplace culture where everyone belongs.
Knowledge You Should Bring
- Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program or higher from an accredited college/university OR have recently graduated within 1 year of the position start date (May/June)
- Pursuing a degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong passion for customer-centricity and improving customer experiences
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for Automotive or Trucking
- Experience or Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, and Tableau
- Experience or Familiarity with being a group, team or project lead
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Solid organizational skills
- Creative mindset
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
