Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers (EOCTE) is actively seeking to bring a new leader into our ASSISTANT MANAGER IN TRAINING PROGRAM .This is A key leadership position in all our locations directly partnering with the manager of our locations in driving quality service and mission fulfillment to all our guests. In preparing to step into this leadership position with EOCTE our preferred candidate will have to complete all necessary training while working with the existing team at our training location in Valrico._ This is a 4-6 month training program and the individual completing this certification will be given an assistant manager position at our Seffner location. Training will be completed at our training center in Valrico for 4-6 months before this individual is moved to the Seffner location to join that team in day to day operations_. Our Management Training Program offers significant management and sales experience coupled with the opportunity to work for the pre-eminent automotive maintenance provider leading our industry through excellence, innovation and growth.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Consistently creating results for customers, teammates and the company
  • Responsible for ensuring through direct training and daily leadership a professional and courteous environment for our customers and teammates
  • Learning and operating our proven business model for our quick lube department and full-service mechanical department
  • Must have the ability to train and model our processes and procedures to our team.
  • Our leaders are hands on, this IS NOT an office position

Qualifications:

  • Must have previous automotive experience and we prefer an individual who has worked in the lube industry.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Our leadership model is a SERVANT LEADERSHIP model and we expect all our leaders to lead in such a fashion. If you don't know what that means, then please research to make sure your leadership style fits our expectation.
  • Our assistant managers work 48-52 hours weekly.
  • We are closed on Sundays, but our leaders will work on Saturdays.
  • Great attitude and smile.
  • The ability to be on your feet. Once again, this is not an office job. Our leaders are engaged with customers and teammates on the floor.
  • This individual should carry themselves as a professional in appearance and attitude.
  • You will be required to pass a background check.
  • Being bilingual is a benefit for our applicants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48, $52,000.00 per year
