WE ARE HIRING

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Modification Assistant to join our Loan Servicing team. In this role, you will provide critical administrative and clerical support to ensure the accurate processing, tracking, and organization of loan modification documents. You will help facilitate smooth workflows, support homeowner retention efforts, and contribute to our commitment to excellent customer service. 

In This Role, You Will:

  • Process daily incoming returned documents
  • Sort, track, and monitor incoming mail, ensuring accurate routing and follow-through
  • Review incoming documents for accuracy
  • Organize outgoing documents for borrowers, title companies, and other agencies
  • File, track, and maintain documentation for both incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Respond to general customer inquiries from other departments
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in office administration or residential real estate lending, preferred
  • Experience in loan servicing or related fields that demonstrates understanding of loan documentation processes, preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills
  • A team-oriented mindset and commitment to providing high-quality customer service
