About the Role

You will be the front line of our growth engine, connecting with inbound leads, researching key accounts, and driving outbound outreach to generate qualified meetings. Working closely with Marketing and Account Executives, you will execute account-based campaigns, attend industry events, and nurture prospects through strategic multi-channel engagement.

What You'll Do

Outbound Prospecting

  • Research, identify, and engage ideal prospects across target accounts using Apollo, LinkedIn, and intent data.
  • Develop personalized outreach sequences and creative messaging that gets noticed.

Inbound Lead Qualification

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and ensure a smooth handoff to Account Executives.
  • Use discovery calls and qualification frameworks such as BANT or MEDDIC to identify fit and potential.

ABM & Campaign Support

  • Partner with marketing to execute personalized, multi-touch account-based campaigns.
  • Collaborate on messaging, content, and tactics that convert strategic accounts.

Event Support

  • Attend events, both virtual and in-person, engage attendees, and follow up to drive post-event meetings and opportunities.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in HubSpot.
  • Own your metrics and continuously optimize outreach strategies based on data-driven insights.

Metrics & Targets

  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly goals for outbound activity, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.
  • Build a book of business through strong relationships and tailored communication.

What You'll Bring

  • 1–3 years of SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS, RevOps, or marketing technology.
  • Proven success in cold outbound prospecting and multi-channel outreach.
  • Experience executing account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns and managing both strategic and inbound flows.
  • Excellent written communication and the ability to personalize at scale.
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM and , with bonus points for familiarity with tools like Clearbit, ZoomInfo, or other intent data platforms.
  • A driven, coachable mindset and enthusiasm for growth.
