KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, AWS Architect in our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities
:
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and robust AI solutions on AWS.
- Utilize AWS services such as SageMaker, Lambda, ECS, RDS, and others to build and deploy AI models and applications while optimizing for performance, scalability, and security.
- Work closely with data scientists and AI/ML engineers to understand requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in AI and cloud architecture.
- Optimize AI and machine learning models for performance and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery for AI solutions.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of proven experience as an AWS Architect with a strong focus on AI/ML solutions.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of AWS services and best practices for cloud-based AI solutions.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries and a familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and strong knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Travel as required
