Job Description:

This position is for a limited energy installation foreman. It involves installing and/or servicing fire alarm systems, security, access control, CCTV, and other low-voltage systems. Firepower is looking for a qualified technician with in-depth knowledge of electrical low-voltage systems, who possesses good people skills and is self-motivated to interact with customers and field crews.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A valid driver's license with good driving record

  • A WA EL06 – Limited Energy Card (Issued by WA LNI)

  • Fire Alarm Systems NICET Level II or higher

  • Seattle Fire Card (Must be able to pass for long-term employment.)

  • Ability to work with other trades and customers.

  • The ability to work indoors and outdoors, standing, bending, and reaching in any condition and working either in confined crawl spaces or at heights.

  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 80 lbs.

  • Hand tools will be required to start (Firepower provides anything that dulls or has a motor)

  • Work nights/weekends and stay overnight out of town. (occasionally)

  • Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings.

Wage/Salary/Benefits:

The wage for this position will be $ $55.00 per hour to start, DOE. Pay raises will be available as the individual demonstrates the ability to perform the duties associated with the position and accepts increased responsibility.

Eligible for employer-paid benefits including Medical, Dental AFLAC, and 401K match for employees. Dependent insurance is available.

Additional benefits include paid vacation, 7 paid holidays, sick/safe time, and a company-provided vehicle.

Work Schedule:

Standard hours are from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday (We are in the construction industry therefore hours may differ depending on site requirements.
