What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized personnel, visitors, and vehicles.
• Assist in maintaining a secure environment by observing and reporting any suspicious activity or security-related incidents.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises, including interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized access and/or activity.
• Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting employees, visitors, and delivery personnel with security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site instructions.
• Document and report all security-related activities, incidents, and/or irregularities as required by site procedures.
• Support emergency response efforts as directed, including following evacuation and lockdown procedures when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
