What We're Looking For:

  • Education Creds: You've got a Bachelor's degree in Business (Accounting), Information Systems, Computer Science or something closely related from a recognized institution.
  • Finance First-Hand: You bring deep, practical experience as a Controller or Senior Accountant—giving you a rock-solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. This hands-on financial expertise empowers you to speak the language of CFOs and translate business needs into effective ERP solutions.
  • ERP Experience: You bring 3–7 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems – ideally with SAP Business One. Bonus points if you've worked with other SME-friendly platforms like Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Epicor, or NetSuite.
  • Communication Pro: You're clear, concise, and confident – whether you're writing an email, leading a meeting, or walking a client through a process.
  • People Person: Team player? Absolutely. Friendly? Of course. Quick to learn and easy to work with? That's you in a nutshell.
  • Motivated & Driven: You thrive in a consulting environment, take initiative, and always bring your A-game.
  • Ready to Hit the Road: You're open to traveling up to 30% across the Central region (think: Texas up through Ohio) – and maybe even picking up some frequent flyer points while you're at it.
  • Icing on the Cake: Not required, but if you know your way around SQL, Hana Crystal Reports, and/or Boyum B1UP, that is a big plus.
