We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Social Worker Secretary to join our team. This role is crucial in providing administrative support to our social work department while ensuring effective communication with clients and staff. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both English and Spanish and possess strong organizational skills.

Duties

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for client records and administrative documents.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Provide clerical support, including typing documents, proofreading materials, and managing correspondence.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office for various administrative tasks.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and providing appropriate support.
  • Collaborate with social workers to ensure seamless operation within the department.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency (English plus Spanish) is required.
  • Previous office experience with a focus on clerical or administrative roles is essential.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and customer support best practices.
  • General computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize responsibilities efficiently.
