Delivering instruction that advances English Language LearnersLesson planning for small groups of English Language Learners of varying agesCommunicating with parents/guardians about student progressQuickly implementing feedback and goal-setting into lesson deliveryCollaborating with teammates in grade-level and subject-level teamsParticipating in the life of the school, including student activities and eventsMaintaining a classroom culture conducive to student achievementUsing data to track student achievement and to constantly improve practiceParticipating in daily, weekly, and quarterly meetings about student achievementEmbodying, advocating, and operationalizing the mission, vision, and direction of the schoolTaking on other tasks as needed
