Crosschq is redefining trust in hiring. Our
ApplicantX
platform is the industry's first AI-powered hiring fraud defense solution—built to protect enterprises from fake applicants, identity spoofing, résumé manipulation, and interview deception.

We're seeking a
Director of Product Strategy
to lead product vision, roadmap, and market expansion for this emerging business line. This role is ideal for a strategic product leader with a background in
cybersecurity, identity verification, background screening, risk assessment, or credit scoring
—and a passion for building AI-driven solutions that safeguard organizations and people alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product strategy
    for Crosschq's fraud and hiring security portfolio, translating business priorities into clear, measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with the CEO, data science, and engineering teams to operationalize the
    seven fraud pillars
    —identity validation, résumé verification, interview integrity, reference authentication, onboarding confirmation, post-hire monitoring, and job-stacking detection.
  • Develop and prioritize the roadmap
    based on evolving customer needs, risk patterns, and technology opportunities across the security and workforce ecosystems.
  • Design
    commercial strategy and GTM alignment
    , including pricing, packaging, and ecosystem partnerships (e.g., CLEAR, , Workday, Oracle, Bullhorn, Paradox).
  • Integrate fraud intelligence, AI modeling, and risk-scoring frameworks to continuously improve detection accuracy and signal coverage.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and analyst relations to position Crosschq as the
    category leader in Hiring Fraud Prevention.
  • Build strong relationships with enterprise customers, partners, and data providers to guide product evolution and ensure market fit.
  • Serve as a
    thought leader and spokesperson
    , representing ApplicantX in analyst briefings, conferences, and customer engagements.

Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of experience in
    product management, product strategy, or platform leadership
    , ideally within one or more of the following:

  • Cybersecurity, Identity Verification, or Fraud Detection

  • Background Screening or Risk Assessment
  • Credit or Behavioral Scoring Systems

  • Experience defining and scaling
    AI-driven B2B SaaS products
    ; strong understanding of ML, risk modeling, and API-based architectures.

  • Ability to craft and execute
    data-informed product roadmaps
    and partner strategies.
  • Exceptional executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Experience in HR Tech or Talent Acquisition
    is a plus, but not required.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building trusted, high-impact technology solutions.
