We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. This role is vital in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to project coordination, excellent leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction management practices. Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless project workflows.
  • Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid to develop project schedules, track progress, and manage resources effectively.
  • Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to interpret project requirements accurately.
  • Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality specifications.
  • Manage procurement processes including construction estimating and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor project performance through detailed project scheduling and progress reports, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction site management with a strong background in heavy civil or commercial projects.
  • Proficiency with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, and Schematics tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, contracts administration, and project scheduling techniques.
  • Familiarity with construction estimating processes and cost control measures such as HeavyBid.
  • Strong understanding of construction site safety practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrated leadership in project coordination and team management across diverse stakeholders.
