We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless project workflows.
  • Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid to develop project schedules, track progress, and manage resources effectively.
  • Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to interpret project requirements accurately.
  • Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality specifications.
  • Manage procurement processes including construction estimating and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor project performance through detailed project scheduling and progress reports, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction site management with a strong background in heavy civil or commercial projects.
  • Proficiency with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, and Schematics tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, contracts administration, and project scheduling techniques.
  • Familiarity with construction estimating processes and cost control measures such as HeavyBid.
  • Strong understanding of construction site safety practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrated leadership in project coordination and team management across diverse stakeholders.
