What you'll do

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
  • Provide accurate information(Printing and Production) about products and services, guiding customers through their purchasing decisions.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanour and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices for customer engagement.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly in our system to ensure seamless follow-up and service continuity.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products that meet customer needs, contributing to overall sales goals.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance.

Basic qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that engage and inspire customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering solutions effectively.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales roles (Printing and Production) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or similar tools is a plus.
