- Perform general clerical functions within the restaurants as needed, which may include payroll, scheduling, analyzing operating statements and ad hoc projects
Other duties as assigned
3+ years in an operational, multi-unit director-level role within the hospitality industry
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, inventory control, and employee scheduling
- Ability to plan, prioritize and delegate workload in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound judgment, forecasting and decision-making skills
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule to meet business demands, including weekends nights and holidays
- Experience overseeing a union workforce preferred
