Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for working on all types of field analyzers as well as working with Measurement Technicians. This position is located at various client sites supporting commissioning and startup.

Job Functions and Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation, maintenance and calibration of on-stream gas chromatographsInstallation, maintenance and calibration of various utility analyzers including conductivity, PH, moisture, 02, BTU and COMaintain and calibrate MSA CGI monitors and other related safety equipment for the facilityRecognize malfunctions in individual equipment and perform maintenance as necessary to correct problemsInterface with SCADA, DCS, and analyzer host systemsInterpersonal skills required to interface with customers and team membersMonitor process variables and conditions to ascertain the current state of the operated processMonitor and recognize dangerous and/or emergency conditions within the process and perform procedures necessary to remove the condition or shutdown the process in order to protect personnel, community, environment and equipmentOperate and perform activities in accordance with applicable regulations and proceduresUtilize proper Lockout/Tag out operating and safety proceduresMust be proficient in the use of PCs and PC softwareMust be a self-starter and be able to prioritize work based on business needsInstallation, maintenance and calibration of VOC & HRVOC analyzersInstallation, maintenance and calibration of CEMS analyzersMinimum Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalentMust have a valid driver's licenseStable work historyMust be legally eligible to work in the US.
