Crisis Specialist Join Our Team as a Weekend Crisis Specialist
Part-Time | Weekend Coverage | some Afternoon/Evening Shifts |

CRCSI is looking for dedicated Crisis Specialists to join our team in a flexible part-time floater role—primarily covering weekends, afternoon and evening shifts may be available as well.
What You'll Do:- Answer local and national crisis calls, including the 988 Lifeline
- Provide walk-in support and mobile crisis services throughout Fayette County, PA
- Conduct mental health assessments and apply evidence-based practices
- Connect individuals to vital community resources—housing, treatment, case management, and more
- Support people in crisis with compassion, de-escalation techniques, and personalized crisis planning
- A calm, empathetic presence in high-stress situations
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Passion for helping individuals facing mental health challenges, substance use relapse, domestic violence, or reentry from incarceration
- Flexible scheduling with varied shifts

Bachelor's degree in a Mental Health field is required unless you are a candidate with lived Mental Health Experience or have been an advocate in Mental Health.
Must have a valid driver's license that will pass our coverage requirements.
All employees are required to obtain an FBI Clearance, PA State Clearance, and Child Abuse Clearance and Mandated Reporter Training.
