What You'll Do

Business Development

  • Prospect through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach to build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Follow up systematically on leads and referrals, ensuring consistent activity and conversion.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow your territory and expand market share.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build trusted partnerships with clients by understanding their operational needs and providing consultative, solutions-based service.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to ensure alignment and identify growth opportunities.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, educating clients on products, materials, and process efficiencies.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Partner with internal operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates to sales leadership on pipeline progress, new opportunities, and client activity.

Operational Support

  • Monitor customer inventory performance and ensure turnover within target timeframes.
  • Support collections and payment resolution in collaboration with internal teams.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5+ years in industrial or B2B sales; experience in packaging, paper, or related industries a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven hunter–farmer balance — capable of both opening and growing accounts.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
