Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, particularly in fine dining and catering environments. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
  • Engage with guests to provide an enjoyable experience, offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Utilize Aloha POS system for order entry, payment processing, and inventory management.
  • Assist in inventory control by monitoring stock levels and reporting needs to management.

Experience

  • Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or high-volume establishment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
  • Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Experience in catering services is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
