, we create the most exciting creator-led entertainment formats across sport, culture, comedy, and conversation. From football to boxing and everything in between, our shows are built to spark reactions, build community and travel across social.

We're now hiring a
Community Manager

to own audience interaction and fan engagement across our full network of multi-sport shows. You'll be the voice of our channels, driving conversation, elevating fan culture, and ensuring our community feels seen, heard, and hyped about everything we publish.

This role sits at the heart of our Social division, working closely with our Channel Managers and Social Executives to ensure every post lands.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily community management across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and X for all shows (football, boxing + wider sports formats).
  • Respond to comments, DMs and fan conversations with personality, speed and strong judgement.
  • Build a consistent, authentic voice for The Gold Studios across all platforms.
  • Identify and escalate key moments, trends and audience sentiment to the Audience Development Manager and Showrunners.
  • Maintain a healthy, positive community environment through moderation and filtering.
  • Surface UGC moments, fan reactions, creator conversations and culturally relevant interactions to amplify across channels.
  • Collaborate with Channel Managers to shape engagement tactics that grow retention and loyalty.
  • Track community insights, audience patterns and tone-of-voice trends to inform future content.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years managing or moderating online communities - ideally for creators, sports entertainment, or digital-first brands.
  • Strong understanding of sports culture (American Football, boxing, UFC, general sports fandom) and internet culture.
  • A sharp, witty tone of voice that can adapt across shows and formats.
  • Experience moderating high-volume channels and managing audience sentiment.
  • Ability to stay calm, objective and brand-safe during fast-moving online moments.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A genuine love for short-form content, creators, sport and digital communities.
