We are seeking a full-time Limited Radiology or Radiology Tech/Medical Assistant to join our Urgent Care in Lincoln near 70th & Highway 2, with hours of operation of 8am-8pm, seven days per week.
Administers and coordinates professional and technical activities for radiology. Performs general diagnostic radiography to assist medical personnel in patient diagnosis. Creates a welcoming environment by performing reception services to include but not limited to: answering and directing phone calls, greeting, assisting and directing patients and visitors who enter the medical facility.
This full-time benefit eligible position is 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, 8am-8pm, with rotating weekends. Join a great team
Qualifications- Completion of limited radiographer education
- Licensed by the state of Nebraska as a Limited Radiographer
- OR Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program
- Currently registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Licensed by the state of Nebraska as a Medical Radiographer
- Two years Rad Tech previous experience preferred
- Clinic experience preferred
- Must be on the Nebraska Medication Aide Registry
- Phlebotomy certification and experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Effective computer skills, previous experience with electronic medical records preferred
- Experience in providing care to a general population
- Medical Assistant education or training preferred
